Donor information shall not be shared for any reason unless explicit permission is granted by the donor. All requests to remain anonymous will be honored. Veterans Donor Connect does not sell or share donor lists, and donor information—whether collected online or offline—is never sold, rented, or exchanged.

Donors who provide Veterans Donor Connect with their postal address or email address may receive periodic communications regarding donation opportunities, organizational updates, or upcoming events. Donors may request to be permanently removed from our mailing list by contacting us via email, phone, or postal mail. All removal requests will be honored promptly.

Donors who provide Veterans Donor Connect with their telephone number will only be contacted regarding donations they have made. Veterans Donor Connect does not participate in telephone fundraising activities.
